An internal recruitment platform with Super Admin, HR and Candidate roles. Candidates upload a CV as a PDF, DOCX or image, and a separate AI service parses it into skills, education, work history and certifications they can add to their profile.

Every job runs a hiring flow from Applied to Offered, and HR can drag the middle steps into a new order or drop them per job. Score all with AI sends each applicant's CV and skills with the job requirements to the model, up to 30 per run, and stores a score and a short summary so HR can sort by best match. Moving someone to Skill test assigns the job's test with a seven day deadline, and the test page logs tab switches, fullscreen exits, copy and paste attempts and missing or extra faces on the webcam.

The API is ASP.NET Core on .NET 10 with EF Core over PostgreSQL, Redis for caching and rate limit bans, and server sent events for notifications. The frontend is Next.js 16 with React 19 and Tailwind CSS 4, in Indonesian and English. 2,626 xUnit tests and 2,159 Vitest tests pass, and a 29 step Playwright spec takes one candidate from sign up to an offer.

Outcome: 4,785 tests green.
