Enrichment supervisors use EnrichNotes to write down every consultation with an intern: the company and position, the problem category, what was discussed, the follow up plan and a target date. Each note carries a status and can be assigned to a staff member, and the dashboard counts the notes that still need a follow up or have passed their target.
A student master list imported from Excel fills in the NIM, name and company when a new note is started. The dashboard charts weekly sessions over the last eight weeks and the most common problem categories, buckets open issues by age, and the full log exports to CSV or Excel.
It started as a Google AI Studio prototype on Firebase and was rebuilt on a Go and Gin API over MySQL. Migrations are embedded in the binary, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and the admin panel trades one password for a short lived scoped token. A self hosted GitHub Actions runner on the BINUS server builds the Docker images and deploys them.
Outcome: 3,958 students on the master list.
