CareerLink keeps a record for every Enrichment student with GPA, employment status, target position, skills and CV. Admins search and filter about 3,500 of them, sync the list from BINUS data, and move it in and out through Excel.
Bootcamps are built from sessions. Each session has a pre test, material, a post test, an assignment, an evaluation and clock in and out attendance, and students unlock the steps in order. Admins follow each student's progress per bootcamp and generate certificates for the ones who qualify.
The project began with another team in 2025. From March 2026 the work here covered editing and exporting the student list, an announcement emailer, password reset by email, enrolling students in bulk from a list of NIMs, the session to do flow and the report grid, plus repository caching and N+1 query fixes in the Laravel API.
Outcome: About 3,500 student records.
